Storage Monkey
Storage Monkey is a 462-unit climate-controlled self-storage building with 89 covered RV and boat spaces. The 6.5-acre facility will be situated on the corner of US Highway 92 and Pine Street in Seffner, approximately 20 minutes east of downtown Tampa and within a mile of the world’s largest RV dealership. The project will be the first self-storage project in Seffner in 20 years. The project has garnered unanimous approval from the Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners and has been featured by Inside Self Storage and Sparefoot.
